DESCRIPTION:<p>The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in <span data-sheets-root='1'>Flo

 ices of FIDE. </span></p>\n<p>The Lecturer will be IA <span data-sheets-ro
 ot='1'>Ribeiro\, Pablyto Robert Baioco</span> (BRA)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and 
 the Local Assistant Lecturer will be IA Macedo\, Maximo Igor (BRA).</p>\n<
 p>The language of the Seminar will be Portuguese.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will
  give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for
